Terms & Conditions

1. The price given is fixed; inclusive taxes (if any).
2. Delivery will take up to  2-7 working days after full payment is made.
3. Delivery charged is RM 15 (Penisular Malaysia); RM 20 (Sabah & Sarawak).
4. Self pick up is advisable if you are willing to come to my place (NO delivery charged is taken). 
5. I can make home delivery if requested and within 30km range from my place. (additional charge is applied). 
6. All good sold are not returnable.

While I am Traveling
Requests and orders that are made will only be entertained...

1. if there are at least 48 hours before departure to another country or if the payment is made almost immediately after you got confirmation email or message.
2. if the payment is made FULL in 12 hours after you got confirmation email or message. (if the price is more than RM 500, the payment MUST be made in at most of 2 hours after you got confirmation email or message)
3. All requests will not be entertained if the items is found not suitable for delivering or dangerous; ie-

• Food that may rot, moldy or musty in the period of delivering the items; 
• Items that may get confiscated by the immigration;    

     4.  All requests and orders will be delivered after 3 days touchdown Malaysia.
